Shadow Partnership is where we work alongside the business as an external adviser.
It is designed for leaders who want serious movement, sharper decisions, stronger execution, and a business which becomes more stable, profitable, and less dependent on them personally.
We do not assume which route is right for you and your business from the start.
First, we need to understand the business properly: where things are working, where constraints exist, and what may be slowing performance down. To that end your journey with us begins with a short Shadow Initial Business Review.
The review asks for basic business information and includes 20 simple operational questions across the four gears of the Shadow Profit Engine. It only takes a few minutes to complete, but it gives us a clearer picture of what may be happening inside the business before our first conversation.
