1-Day Health Check

Where’s your business losing time, money and momentum?

The 1-Day Operational Health Check is a focused, fixed-fee review designed to uncover the operational issues causing that drag.

What The Day Involves

I’ll spend approximately four hours inside your business, talking to people, reviewing how work moves through the company and identifying where delays, waste and confusion are becoming expensive.

This process is especially useful where the business is busy but profits remain disappointing, the owner is working excessive hours, staff costs feel too high or operational problems keep repeating.

The review focuses on the practical realities of how the business operates, including:

  • leadership clarity and accountability
  • systems and working processes
  • handovers and communication
  • delays and unfinished work
  • payroll inefficiency
  • pricing, margins and profit leakage
  • the owner’s continued involvement in day-to-day problems

After the review, I will produce a concise Primary Constraint and Profit Leak Report.

What You’ll Receive

The Operational Health Check is a standalone service. There is no requirement to enter a monthly agreement and no pressure to purchase further support.

You receive an independent, commercially focused assessment of where the business is losing performance and what should be addressed first.

Your report will set out:

  • the main constraint holding the business back
  • where operational drag is costing you money
  • the likely causes behind the problem
  • the areas requiring immediate attention
  • clear priorities for improvement
  • practical next steps

The purpose is not to overwhelm you with a long report or a list of minor issues. It is to identify the problem that matters most and show you where action will have the greatest commercial impact.

Fixed Fee. No Long Term Commitment

One day. One clear diagnosis. A practical route forward. Only £800 for the day and the detailed report.
